Refunds & Exchanges
If the item is faulty, please contact us sales@bestwishesgifts.co.uk as soon as possible and return the item within 10 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent.
If you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind, then we do not credit back the return postage cost, and you must pay postage of further items.
